I commissioned Jan to paint our Lake District wedding venue as a 1-year anniversary gift for my wife and it is everything and more I was hoping for. Before finding Jan, I had wasted money on what was sold as a “watercolour portrait” but was actually an AI-generated image with no soul. My only regret is not finding Jan sooner.

From the very start, Jan made the whole experience a joy. She sent me an initial pencil sketch so I could check every detail before she moved to ink and watercolour. She welcomed my feedback, offered thoughtful suggestions, and kept me updated at every stage so I always knew exactly how the piece was progressing.

I contacted Jan to see if she could help paint the chapel and venue we are getting married at in June. She was really responsive over email and incorporated any changes requested, such as adding in the family dog! The paintings look amazing, and I can’t wait to get them framed.
